Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
Your API calls won't be blocked. Overage calls are billed at $0.01 per call for Professional and $0.005 per call for Corporate plans. Free tier users will need to upgrade to continue.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Oracle for our Database for enterprise-grade security. We're PIPEDA compliant and never share your data.
